Gedeon GRC Consulting provided site engineering and construction services for the construction of a 100,000-square foot, seven-story mixed-use development located in Flushing, Queens.
Scope of work included development of Builders Pavement Plans for approximately 500 LF of sidewalk, including pedestrian ramps and driveways; grading and drainage; tree protection; installation of new trees; sewer connection; utilities relocation; lighting; maintenance and protection of traffic and filing at various city agencies.
