For over a decade, Gedeon GRC Consulting has been providing Resident Engineering Inspection Services (REIS) for infrastructure requirements/task order contracts throughout the five (5) boroughs of New York City as both a Prime consultant and a Sub-consultant.

These contracts cover various infrastructure projects including but not limited to: pavement, storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, catch basins, manholes and other drainage systems, curb and sidewalk installation, pedestrian ramps, streetscapes, plazas, retaining walls, pedestrian bridges, traffic signals, lighting, utility coordination (such as Con Edison, Verizon, PSEG, Key Span, Time Warner, NYCTA, LIRR and AMTRAK), landscaping, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT), agency coordination (with NYCDOT, NYCDEP, NYC Parks, NECEDC, and NYSDOT), community relations, and as-builts.
