The Manhattan Tunnel is a critical phase of the Hudson Tunnel Project within the Gateway Development Commission (GDC) program, delivering a new tunnel beneath 12th Avenue to connect the Hudson Yards Concrete Casing and enable tunnel boring under the Hudson River between New Jersey and Manhattan. 

As part of the Delve Underground team, Gedeon GRC is proud to be the lead civil and traffic engineering firm providing design support to the #designbuild contractor Frontier Kemper–Tutor Perini JV, helping advance one of the most important infrastructure projects in the region.
