Gedeon GRC team members recently joined industry leaders, public agency representatives, and community stakeholders at the Building the Future Luncheon, an event focused on the projects and priorities shaping the future of the Houston region.
Representing the firm were Nicole Perry, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and Dietrich Bankhead, P.E., S.E., PMP, Vice President of Business Development, who attended the luncheon to gain valuable insights into ongoing infrastructure initiatives, upcoming investments, and the long-term vision driving growth across Harris County.
During the event, agency directors and Harris County leadership shared updates on key projects and discussed the opportunities and challenges that come with supporting one of the nation's fastest-growing regions. A recurring theme throughout the presentations was the importance of creating safer, more accessible communities through strategic infrastructure investments.
One message that stood out was the Office of Commissioner Lesley Briones, Precinct 4's commitment to enhancing safety and accessibility while continuing to expand sidewalk improvements throughout Precinct 4. These efforts are part of a broader focus on improving mobility, connectivity, and quality of life for residents across the county.
Beyond the presentations, the luncheon provided an excellent opportunity to engage with regional leaders, strengthen relationships, and stay informed about the initiatives that will influence Houston's future. Events like these help ensure Gedeon GRC remains connected to the evolving needs of the communities we serve and the partners who are helping shape the region's continued growth.
Through active participation in industry events and community conversations, our team continues to build meaningful connections, gain valuable insights, and support the future of infrastructure development throughout the Houston area.
