With over 27 years of experience in civil engineering, Landry brings a wealth of expertise in project management, design and construction, and capital infrastructure development from pre-design through construction completion across New York City’s five boroughs.

Before joining us, Landry served as Chief of Capital Distribution and Drainage at the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, where he managed drainage plans, sewer, and watermain contracts. His leadership was key to the timely and cost-effective delivery of a $7 billion capital program.

His extensive background also includes key roles at the NYC Department of Design and Construction. As Program Management Director, he oversaw more than 100 projects totaling $1.3 billion. He also served as Engineer-in-Charge of in-house design for the Infrastructure Division, leading multimillion-dollar capital projects focused on roadway design and construction, all aimed at improving New York City’s infrastructure.

Landry’s leadership and vision will be instrumental as we continue to grow and deliver impactful infrastructure solutions.
